Hahah, a marathon? Screw that shit yo, I can barely run for 1/2 an hour. xO

My recent workout regime has been a raw military style: push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups and jogging. It's hard, but damn ya feel good afterwards, those endorphins really kick in.

It’s less than 8k so it’s going to be a breeze. I have no problem with hamstring stretches; I think I’m flexible enough. I do need to practice running again as I got so busy to run last month. At least now, I can go out and leave the treadmill.

Hahaha.....the sponsor released my results, it's 38.44.1 and not 40.42 as what the big timer indicated...
i did it with only 5 days of 1 mile running training ..sigh :)

I'm like Turbo, 1/2 an hour of jogging at slow speed at max !

I guess you would just distance us fast Bluemarlin !

My upper shoulder had a bit of tension so come lunchtime I passed by the gym to pull some shoulder weights to ease the tension. And the lunchtime gym enthusiasts were grinning why I’m exercising with boots on …lol…I just had to pull some weights for 15 minutes (without sweating). I had to hurry outside and parked my car away from the gym so they wouldn’t see me take my 30 minute lunchtime siesta.
My shoulders are fine now.
